A Brevard County deputy is facing second-degree murder charges after officials say he shot and killed a man during a road rage incident. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced the charges against 32-year-old Yousef Hafza Tuesday. Hafza, who was not on duty at the time of the shooting, is accused in the death of 22-year-old Clarence Mahogany Howard. The shooting happened around 11 a.m. on June 19 in Palm Bay.
